Sterilization process
1. Cleaning: 3 waters and 3 gases are used for cleaning, 3 waters are purified twice, 1 injection water, and 3 gases are clean compressed air 3 times;
2. Siliconization: After cleaning, the inner wall of the product is sprayed with silicone oil emulsion for siliconization;
3. High-temperature sterilization to remove heat sources: The siliconized product passes through a tunnel oven with a temperature of more than 320 degrees and a high-temperature sterilization time of more than 3 minutes. The air in the oven is filtered through Class A laminar flow;
4. Capping: The sterilized product is capped;
5. Slotting and boxing: The capped product is automatically loaded into the nest plate by a robot, and then loaded into the nest box;
6. Box sealing: The slot box with the product is put into the cover paper and the box sealing paper, and the box is automatically sealed;
7. Bagging: The slot box after box sealing is manually loaded into the head bag. Sealing bags; (Note: The cleanliness level of the workshop for the first 1-7 processes is Class C, and processes 4-6 are completed in a cleanliness level C+A environment)
8. Outer packaging: The bagged products are transferred to the outer packaging room through the transfer window, and are manually placed in cartons for boxing and packaging;
9. Ethylene oxide sterilization: Sterilization is divided into preheating, sterilization and analysis; the outer packaged products are stacked on plastic pallets and placed in the preheating room as a whole, and the product heating is automatically completed through the process parameters; the heated products are sterilized through the process parameter settings to complete vacuuming, filling ethylene oxide gas, air conversion and other links; the sterilized products are transferred to the analysis room, and the analysis is automatically completed through the process parameter equipment to achieve the standard value of ethylene oxide residue;
10. After sterilization, the products pass the test and meet the requirements and enter the finished product warehouse.
